Vegetable Juicer Recipes – Healthy and Delicious

Are you sick and tired of your solid fruits and vegetables? Do you want to try something new but at the same time get all the nutrition you need?

Once you have a few good vegetable juicer recipes there is nothing for you to worry about anymore, you can now take a break from all that boring green food you have to eat everyday and try something surprisingly refreshing and delicious.

Vegetables provide you more nutrition when they’re raw, but to many people that can be a problem as they don’t like raw vegetables. Just make sure you have a good juicer machine and all your problems will be solved.

Fortunately, the juice recipes for raw vegetables are unlimited. You can always find something new, one simple ingredient can change the whole taste of your drink and make it seem as if it’s something else.

There is always something for someone, from people who prefer sour tastes to people who like things hot and spicy.

If you are one of the ones who enjoy having a nice spicy-hot drink then you should really try the hot pepper juice, it’s very easy and simple to make and it’ll take absolutely no time making it either so long as you have a blender.

You need 1 large carrot, 1 apple, 1 tomato, ½ cucumber, ½ bell pepper, 1 stalk of celery, 1 zucchini and 2 or 3 pepperoncinis. You’ll need to juice the carrot, apple and tomato together then put them aside and juice cucumber, bell pepper, celery, zucchini and pepperoncinis together then combine the two juices and try it out.

If you’re more of a sour lemony kind of person then try out a perfect glass of lemonade. This is a bit more complicated than a lot of people may think; it’s not just squeezing lemons, adding water and then sugar. No, to make the perfect sour drink you need the perfect ingredients.

You will need ¾ - 1 cup of sugar, one cup of water (to make sugar syrup), 1 cup squeezed lemons (lemon juice) and 3 ½ cups of cold water.

Initially you will begin with the sugar syrup by heating the water and sugar together in a saucepan until sugar dissolves completely.

To get the one cup of lemon juice you will need a juicer to extract it from the lemons, round 4 to 6 lemons (do this while sugar is heating) then add the sugar syrup and lemon juice together in a pitcher and pour 3 or 4 cups of cold water then mix together.

And that’s how you get the perfect glass of lemonade. It’s really easy and simple, unfortunately not many people make it this way. Any vegetable juicer recipe made the right way will be surprisingly delicious.
